That Block Beattaz production on the original version of Stalley‘s “Petrin Hill Peonies” is so tough that I cringed a little when I saw that it was remixed. That is until I realized Harry Fraud was responsible for this remix. Fraud really can’t miss these days, and that certainly would be the case right here with this ‘wavemix’, check it below. Stalley’s Savage Journey to the American Dream is out now.
Six months after penning his deal with Maybach Music Group, Ohio emcee Stalley releases his new project today, Savage Journey To The American Dream. The 14 track project was mixed by Young Guru and has features from Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill, Curren$y, 2 Chainz, and more with production being handled by The Block Beattaz, Soundtrakk, Chuck Inglish, Chad Hugo, and more. “It’s the most album-sounding project for me as far as the music goes,” says Stalley. “[People] are going to see the growth lyrically, musically, production-wise. This latest jawn from his back catalog “Cash and My Cutty,” once again has Stalley on some Ski Beatz production. Cruise down the blocks of Masillon, Ohio in that ’87 Cutty Supreme and see the streets through the eyes of Stalley.
I remember back in 2010 when Creative Control captured footage of Stalley and Ski Beatz working on this song, and thinking this is the hardest shit this dude has done to date. Stalley has made plenty of music I fux with since then, but I don’t know if any of it hits as hard as “Harsh Ave.”
As we await the new project from MMG artist Stalley, he will be dropping a series of songs he calls, Songs by Me, Stalley. Today, we get the first one dedicated to his hometown of Massillon, Ohio the DJ Toomp produced, “City of 30,000 Wolves.” Savage Journey to The American Dream is coming soon.

Arguably the two best beards in hip-hop unite for this new jawn “Jungle” by Stalley featuring Freeway and Rashad. This song was originally record during the Lincoln Way Nights sessions, but for whatever reason wasn’t added to the album. The remastered and expanded version of LWN will be out November 1st.

Early June feelin’ like mid August in NYC, you can’t tell me it’s not Summertime. MMG artist Stalley agrees, so he dropped this new jawn, “Summer In America” featuring (and produced by) Rashad. The song is led off by some words from the late Gil Scott-Heron before Rashad’s hard hitting production kicks in. This is some real top down music right here… “2 miles per hour so everybody sees you.”
